Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped within 1 business day.

If there is an error in shipping because of us (wrong address or merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related. We will also provide a USPS paid shipping label via email for orders within the United States. If shipping is not due to an error of ours (ordered items and decide to return), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs. All shipping and handling charges applied to returns are customers responsibility. Blue Bike Quilt Studio is not liable for items lost in transit during the return process.
Return & Exchange Policy
No returns allowed on any FINAL SALE items, except for if flaws in workmanship are found. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchased, we accept returns on any items (other than FINAL SALE). This applies to any products shipped with defects in craftsmanship or materials. Please contact us at deanna@bluebikequiltstudio.com to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. Only unused items will be accepted for returns or exchanges within 30 days of when the item was delivered to you.
